1/8/16: Bikini Grandma Charged with DUI and Violation of Probation
North Naples resident Patricia Ebel was arrested by police after she allegedly violated her probation. Ebel was reported to have had a blood-alcohol level of .177 when she was tested at her probation officer’s officer.
At 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday Ebel was forced to comply to a blood-alcohol while seeing her probation officer. After Ebel failed the test, she was taken to jail. Ebel was arrested in 2015 for rear-ending a car stopped at red light. Her 10-year-old grandson was in the car at the time of the accident. Ebel was convicted of DUI and given a year of probation. Judge Rob Crown made one of the terms of probation that Ebel was not to drink alcohol for a year. Ebel is currently being held in Collier County Jail without bond.
