Third DUI Within Ten Years Lawyer

A conviction for your Third DUI within the past ten years will carry with it minimum and maximum punishments that are statutorily mandated.  The statutory minimum and maximum punishments for Third DUI within the past ten years are commonly referred to as the DUI Mins. The DUI Mins for a Third DUI within the past ten years are as follows:

Jail: Maximum of 5 years

Probation: Maximum of 12 months

Fine: Minimum of $2000 and maximum of $5000

Drivers License Suspension: Mandatory 10 year drivers license suspension

Community Service: N/A

DUI School: Level 2

Vehicle Immobilization (vehicle impound): 90 days

Ignition Interlock: At least 2 years
